The property was professionally photographed including drone views of property.There was no permit on file for septic. It had been initially installed in the early to mid 1980s, years before we acquired property in 1988 and moved double-wide mobile home on to site in 1990. Alex got the system inspected, certified and permitted. The survey of property was scheduled by Alex and was performed expeditiously. Alex obtained written offer and contingency offers as well. Communication was exceptional. We were kept informed of the status every step of the sale. Property sold at full listing price quickly. Once we listed with Alex Uranga he handled absolutely everything, used Docusign process for listing to offers to required disclosures to Environmental Services requirements for septic, etceteraaEUR|this was the smoothest most efficient process Ive experienced with selling or purchasing real estate. We definitely felt Alex aggressively marketed the property and went above and beyond our expectations handling everything. I definitely recommend him for selling or purchasing property and he is licensed in both New Mexico and Texas.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife, who was living in Texarkana, AR, was notified by her employer that she needed to transfer to West Texas/East New Mexico. This notification came mid April of 2017 and the transfer needed to take place "as soon as possible".The good news was, that I was still stationed at Fort Bliss, and she already knew of a "great realtor" from a previous purchase back in 2014 ( prior to her move to Texarkana).And so our journey began. I called Alex Uranga and asked him to show me about 8 houses that my wife located on Zillow ....... 8 houses. Alex said, "no problem" and we met .... he showed me all 8 homes in 2 days.I did my best to report back to my wife ..... she sent another few homes to look at ..... Alex took me to see them. Please note - that I know my wife is the decision maker, and so did Alex, but he showed me the homes, helped me pass along the pertinent information about each home in order for my wife to make a decision.She said, " I want the house on Mercury Lane".
