Alex and Derek recently helped us relocate from Texas. We found them based on a review from another family from Texas that theyd helped. It was very important to us to find a realtor that was LGBTQ-friendly and was knowledgeable about areas where we would be most comfortable and welcomed. Alex and Derek not only met those needs but went above and beyond with finding a home we absolutely loved and even giving us advice that facilitated a quicker sale of our home in Texas. Although my wife and I live in Pennsylvania, our son recently moved to Denver. We decided to help him by getting him started in the housing market and purchasing a house for him there. Alex was in it with us for the long haul. He and our son found several houses that would have worked but they all fell through. Finally, Alex found a great house and everything worked out well. There were a lot of negotiations with the sellers due to major items that needed to be repaired (sewer line, plumbing and electrical issues, etc) and he negotiated a great deal for us! Since we are in Pennsylvania and were unable to come to Denver to participate in the search for a house, we relied entirely on Alex, his experience, and his sound professional advice. He definitely came through on all fronts! We could not have asked for better or more timely communication and he always responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It was so comforting to have a team with such competence and professionalism like Alex and Derek leading the way and securing such a beautiful home for our son, since we couldn't be there to do it ourselves. We would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone!

I wanted to take a few minutes to share how amazing it has been working with Alex and Derek. First, I spoke to Alex before my husband and I had even chosen Denver as our city of choice. We were looking to move from our 27 year home in Austin, Texas to a state with friendlier laws that fit our family better. Alex and Derek took almost an hour of their time to talk about our needs and expectations, knowing it was highly unlikely that theyd ever hear from me again! But I promised that if we chose Denver, they would they would be our guys. About two months later the time had come!! My husband had gotten a job in nearby Lafayette, gotten a rental home, had our daughter enrolled in school, and had explored the area. Alex and Derek bolted into action. (They were never actually out of action, as they had sent possible listings for us from the first time we spoke.) Within a week, we found the house for us. We placed a fast, reasonable offer and, after finding out there was another offer, rebid. The next day, we were told we had been outbid. BUTaEUR"the owner of the property had talked to someone she knew about her situation and a miracle happened! The people she spoke to knew Alex and Derek personally and, based on their reputation alone, she decided to go with us after all!!So, here I sit, in Austin, Texas, recovering from a spinal fusion, while my husband and and children are settling into our new place, trying to get it ready before I get the ok from my doctor to fly to my new home. I cant say enough about Alex and Derek. They sent us links to dozens of homes and, when the time was right, took my husband to over ten properties, in less than a week! They never lost contact with us and, as a result, we found the most beautiful home in nearby Broomfield, CO!

Working with Peak Properties Group to buy a home was an absolute pleasure. My partner and I were first-time home buyers, so we were less than confident about navigating the housing market with such limited experience. Finding Alex and Derek was a total godsend. When Alex was showing us houses, he got to know our wants, needs, and budget immediately and stuck to them. I felt like our best interests were truly at the forefront throughout the entire process. Alex gave us a number of options to construct the best offer that we could make within our budget, which ended up being accepted on our first attempt.
