I went to the home and met Alex. That house wasn't the one, but Alex turned out to be. He was on every detail and very responsive and continued to show me houses. I had very tight time lines with reduced flexibility because I was relocating from 150 miles away but every time I needed Alex, he was there! I had the right agent an we found the right house. Alex is not a part time agent, so you get full time service with him, which was very critical for me.
