Alex helped us find the right home, and close the sale within a month. He was with us every step of the way, and even ahead of us whenever we needed assistance. Alex was very accommodating with our initial e-mail contact, and was more than willing to meet with us, and show us several homes in the Evans, Ga. area. -- We pestered Alex more on weekends, then we did during the week. It didn't matter! Alex was more than helpful with any question or situation that arose. Our experience with Alex is what a Realtor- Client relationship should be!

Hi there, I wanted to write a review on my realtor from Georgia. I was moving to Georgia from Maine and I had a realtor from Maine to sell my home, and I had Alex Smith for a realtor in Georgia to purchase a home. I can?t tell you enough that if it had not been for him, I wouldn?t be enjoying my new home today in Georgia. He did pretty much all the work for my Maine realtor, plus above and beyond his part. He found my daughter and I the perfect house and location and we absolutely love it! He even send a video of what her school looks like and what to expect! He videoed the area, and what the surrounding area had looked like. We had talked with the seller of my new home, and he was telling me on how many offers he had received, which was a ton. He told me Alex went out of his way to chat with him and to let him know why this house would be perfect for my daughter and myself. Needless to say he accepted my offer, and the closing went smoothly thanks to him. My realtor in Maine really shouldn?t be practicing as again she messed the whole process of me selling my house there. Again, Alex was trying to fix everything on that end also. I just want anyone to know if you are looking for a realtor and you want someone to go above and beyond please check out Alex Smith at Keller Williams in Augusta, GA. I couldnt begin to explain how thankful I am to have had Alex as my realtor. He is a master at his craft and made the entire process so much less stressful. He is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, very communicative and he never dropped the ball. He takes charge with lenders and other agents so you dont get railroaded and does it with such finesse that they dont even realize theyre being handled.
