Review Alex did an outstanding job handling my rental from start to finish. He was incredibly quick to respond, highly efficient throughout the entire process, and extremely thorough in making sure every detail was handled properly. What really stood out was his ability to find a high-quality tenant in a short amount of time, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Alex communicated clearly at every step, kept me informed, and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. His professionalism and attention to detail truly set him apart. Its clear that he understands the market well and knows exactly how to position a property to attract the right tenant. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and would absolutely work with him again in the future. If youre looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and results-driven, I highly recommend Alex.

Review Alex was a pleasure to work with! He made finding our new home easy and walked us through the whole process. His knowledge of the local neighborhoods helped us navigate the best and safest location for our family. One of the most admirable things about Alex is that he served us all around the clock. He sent us Just-Listed houses all hours of the day so that we never missed an opportunity. Alex is professional but very personable to work with. Also, he negotiated for us, and made sure that our lease/contract was in the best interest of our family. My husband and I had a great experience and are very grateful for his service. Highly recommend Alex as your realtor!

Review Alex Simpson was excellent! He was super professional and extremely knowledgeable while showing us potential investment properties. He provided great inside and made the whole process smooth and efficient. Unfortunately our offers weren't accepted but they had nothing to do with Alex. He did everything right but we're just looking for the right deal. I would definitely use him again whenever the right properties become available in this area. Highly recommend!
