We bought and sold our home with Michele and there isn't anyone else I would have wanted to work with. Michele is knowledgeable, kind, and hardworking. She found us our dream first home in 2019 before it even went on the market and helped us get in our offer as soon as possible to secure the house. We absolutely loved the home and its location but we made the difficult decision to move across states. When the time came we immediately called Michele and knew she would be integral to getting our house sold in a timely manner. She helped prep and stage it beautifully. With her help and contacts we had multiple offers on the first day. Her incredible talent has set a record in the neighborhood! I met Michele Deckman while looking at a property she was representing in the Annapolis, MD area. My husband and I knew we wanted to move to the region from out of state to be closer to the water, but we didnt know anything about Annapolis. I was immediately impressed with Micheles knowledge of Annapolis communities and surrounding regions, the pros/cons of waterfront properties, the Annapolis lifestyle, and the housing market. Buying a house on the water presents unique opportunities and challenges. We wouldve been going into the process blind without Micheles expert insights. Michele is also incredibly proactive, responsive, thorough, and detail-oriented aEUR" all of the qualities you want in an agent. Most importantly, she was not just interested in closing a sale; Michele genuinely wanted to find us the right home. We experienced some market-related challenges during the process, such as tough competition and disappointments with property conditions, but Michele stuck with us and kept us encouraged. There wasnt a moment in time that I didnt trust that Michele was doing everything she could to find us the perfect home for the next phase of our lives. I would give Michele 10 stars across the board if I could!

Alex Tower Sears provided excellent, and patient support throughout our extended search and then purchase of the perfect house for my wife and me as searched for a one-story, easily accessible home that we quickly fell in love with.
