I arranged a showing and within 24 hours I got the offer. I did not want to deal with lots of showings with tenant in it. They did their job diligently and identified the best potential buyer. One Show and One offer. That is what i wanted. Trust me not many realtors can do that. Also I had no way to do fixes in my house due to distance. They took care of everything. He deceived us and made us sign a contract a 9-month contract, with a 6% commission! He lowered the price of our house over 3 times.
