I couldnt be more grateful to Leah and Alex and I cant sing their praises enough. They were the listing agents on the house I bought and I chose them to list the house I sold. Against all odds, they managed to coordinate everything to close on both properties the same day. They worked tirelessly to sell my house and were always available for showings and open houses. To say they are motivated is an understatement. They will literally do anything to make their clients happy and get the deal done (they even walked my dogs during showings!) Their attention to detail, stellar communication, unrivaled professionalism, amazing photos, suggestions for staging, and recommendations for handymen make the process as easy and seamless as possible. We interviewed 3 brokers to sell our home. Leah and Alex won our hearts because we could see by their presentations and actions that they were a team. The other two brokers gave us a similar market analysis but the one from Leah and Alex was different. The pricing of home was carefully presented to us and backed by detailed comparisons in our specific city and community. Every question that we challenged them on that the other brokers said, they had a clear and concise response. They never wavered from the analysis and showed how the other market comparisons we were shown were not accurate. We signed with them and they presented their specific plan to sell our home. They went to work immediately and implemented their strategy for staging and showings and open houses. They knew exactly where we needed to invest to sell and where we should not invest. They assisted us with every aspect of the plan. The day to day communication was supportive and informative. They were always accessible and when we needed something they were always ready to help us. Selling our home of 20 years was emotional and sometimes stressful. We could not have done this without the professional plan from Leah and Alex and also their friendship. They helped us to negotiate the best price for selling our home.
