Alex worked with us suggesting staging techniques (paint colors, removing items from shelving, etc.), and even had a professional furniture stagers suggest furniture arrangement for our living room. We went under contract in the Private Market the first day we took showings. Alex screened qualified buyers to meet our closing date with no contingency. Alex lined up showings on two different days and we went under contract with the first buyer on the first day. Alex was very responsive answering all of our questions and making suggestions along the way. Once the house went under contract, Vicky took over everything. Vicky made sure an attorney letter was written with all pertinent information and was delivered, with a copy of the fully executed contract to our attorney. All steps towards the sale were clearly explained from inspection timelines, appraisal, survey, etc. Vicky even sent pictures of items we would not be taking when we moved to the buyers to see if they wanted to purchase anything, or if they wanted any of the items we wanted to leave in the house. Vicky had excellent communication with the buyers realtor and our attorney throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Alex and Vicky if you are looking to buy or sell a house. They are both experienced, professional, and wonderful to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED You can tell you have a great realtor when the market is bad and home prices are falling. In good times everyone looks good just get the listing and they will come. In my case I met with several top realtors and they warned me big homes with land are not desirable, buyers are not willing to look at them without deep discounts. I met with Alex and we discussed what it take to sell a home like mine and what he could do to make that happen. Top of the line brochures and internet presentation. Professional staging, correction of any repairs inside and out. Simple kitchen upgrades and color neutral floor plan. Two things in addition 1. He gave me feedback after every showing. 2. We stuck to our strategy raising and lower the price when we though it make sense. Every other Realtor I met with wanted to discount the home from the start for a quick turn, Alex was willing to market my home so I got a very fair price in the end. It took more that 12 months to sell but we stayed committed to each other and the plan Alex designed. Alex and Vick are not good Realtors they are Great Realtors. They know the relocation market and buyers. They network with other realtors, They don't play games. They treat their clients with respect.
