My wife and I had been looking in other areas of California for over a year with very little success in this tough market, and being new parents with an infant made that process even more challenging since we werent local to the areas we had been looking in. We started looking in the Central Valley area on a whim and Alex was a referral from some family already living in the area, even though we were not local, it was a really easy transition when we had our initial conversation with Alex. Alex went out of his way to have Regular check-ins with us, answered all my one -off calls and texts, and even went on our behalf to go pre-screen properties in person, do live video walk-throughs with us and even record others we couldnt get times for when we visited the area on top of doing showings in person with us. Once we finally got to the offer phase, Alex went up to bat time and time again negotiating until we got an offer accepted with FHA loan, no gap coverage, closing costs covered and included partial floors replacement, and all barely above asking price! He sourced, cooordinated and was present for all inspections and wal throughs, went out of his way to make sure all my concerns were addressed, even when those were needing to educate me on realistic timeliness and expectations as a first time home buyer, but he was also really transparent if he wasnt the expert on a question, and immediately sought out the right partners to get the answers I/we needed. He made sure all conditions were met ASAP and even jumped in to help get some things done to remove those obstacles himself (with all the things he could within reason to ensure everything was done to meet requirements). We had quite a unique escrow period, and Alex never let any of the challenges we faced slow him down, he kept me up to date and pushed on my behalf to get it all done and make sure we kept on track to close, even when things were completely out of our hands or control (and the majority were, he made sure everything on our end was ready and finished on time, if not early.) Once we closed on the house, he still didnt stop there. He helped us get our flooring quoted and replaced before out move in date, letting the team in each morning and locking up at the end of each day, all while providing updates and pictures from start to beyond the finish point. I could go on and on about how much Alex put in to just my home purchase, but any longer and Ill need to publish a book on it, so Ill end it with this: Long story short, Alex did an incredible job and anyone I meet looking to buy or sell a home in this area I will definitely be sending his way. I felt like I was treated like family with his dedication, not a transaction or a paycheck, and it made a world of difference to me and my family.
