ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have worked in and around the real estate world for years and have met our fair share of mediocre realtors or realtors/agents who did the absolute minimum or were more concerned about their commission then they were the people they represented aEUR" be it buying or selling. We were prepared to go with a friend (a fairly new agent) to sell our house since we knew we could trust them to act fairly and honestly. Then we met Gianluca Carella of the Rivlin Group. He came to our initial meeting fully prepared with a market analysis and comps, he was clearly knowledgeable of the area, presented various options without the typical high-pressure sales schtick and was down-to-earth and personable. My husband and I took a liking to him immediately and decided to give him a shot. With Gians contacts he was able to get a housecleaner, handyman and landscapers out to make the house ready to list. We had an offer on our house before it even listed. But the service did not stop once the contract was inked aEUR| he kept in constant contact with us as well as the buyers agent and lender to ensure everything was moving smoothly. He offered to come help us move and showed up at closing to thank us for our trust in him. Realtors like Gianluca are a rare find! He is like family now and always will be. We would be remiss if we didnt also offer our thanks to the entire Rivlin Group team aEUR| from contract though closing, they were there to provide whatever support was needed. They earned their commission which is more than I can say for most realtors/brokers!

Ive worked with many realtors over the years, however going forward I will always use Alex Rivlin. Many home buyers and sellers will not understand the importance of using a highly qualified realtor until it is too late. Indeed, choosing the right realtor to navigate the buying and selling process can have a tremendous impact on your finances as well as your piece of mind. I knew Alex before he started and sold his Fortune 500 company, and I can attest to his skill sets in negotiation, sales, market knowledge, and finance. I find it imperative to use a realtor with prior business successes, as they typically work on behalf of the clients best interest versus chasing a commission just to pay the bills. Alex Rivlin always has his clients best interest in mind, and Ive found myself comfortable allowing him to handle my transactions with minimal input from myself...I am confident he will always do what is best. Do not waste your time and money with an inexperienced or unproven realtor....call Alex Rivlin for any and all real estate needs. Additionally, Alex was always willing to take my phone calls even when I just wanted advice or market information, even when he knew I wasnt ready to buy or sell. ZillowVERIFIED So I wanted to support my friend Adam Schwartz in his new real estate career. Adam was always raving about how much he was enjoying showing houses and negotiating deals. He loves being busy! As it turns out, Adam is in his element. A natural. Adam and his team at The Rivlin Group did an amazing job helping me to find, finance and get into my ideal house. And my deal was anything but smooth. A soup sandwich. Upon pre-approval, Adam asked some specific questions to find out exactly what I was looking for in my first house. A single-story in The 89113, with a back yard and mature trees. Everybody knows that the Las Vegas market is insane right now and Adam encouraged me to act quickly. We started looking at houses that day. We put in a fair offer on the third or fourth house we looked at, somewhat of a fixer-upper but I liked it alot. Adam immediately had ideas on improvements and even the contractors to do the work. I was so relieved that Adam Schwartz was in my corner. Four hours later, Adam was sad to say the seller accepted a competing offer for a few dollars more. Adam reexamined the comps in the immediate area and together we came up with a more aggressive offer on the next house. A much nicer house. The seller accepted our offer, and this is when things went South. My pre-approval fell through due to my reliance on unstated income (I'm a bartender). I applied with several lenders and they all had the same concerns about my debt-income ratio. 34 days into escrow things were looking very grim. In a somewhat desperate attempt to save the perfect house, Alex Rivlin suggested I apply with a local credit union that may be more understanding and tolerant of tipped employees. The entire time my loan officer was confident we would close on time. She maintained an open line of communication between both agents, title and myself. We closed a very borderline deal in 9 days!!! And I got a great rate!! After singing, Adam met me at the house with my keys, air fresheners and a case of beer. Adam's vast contacts list (largely from his years in construction) yielded me a roofer, a plumber, a gardener and the best cleaning crew ever. He has offered some beautification suggestions for the living room and bathroom and he even had an idea about the cost. I am so grateful for Adam and his team. They really did an amazing job. I will never buy another house without Adam Schwartz. Thank you for everything!!
