When we first contacted her, we thought we knew what we were looking for but she really helped refine our search and helped us find a property that met all of our needs. And she did it quickly!! After we found our property, she walked us through every step of the process and sent us weekly updates to make sure that everything went smoothly. She navigated some pretty frustrating bank issues, keeping us reassured and everything perfectly on track! We are in Denver and Alex was always available to meet people at the property and help us get things done. She has even been available after the closing to help with some work at the property! Oh, and she was 9 months pregnant and delivered during our process and didnt miss a beat! We HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking for a place in the CB area!

Alex was a recommendation due to her local knowledge of the CB/Gunnison market and her expertise with second home sales. We were a bit nervous as we began a very large personal decision with someone we didn't know personally, but Alex blew us out of the water from day one. From our first interaction, Alex made us feel comfortable about not only our decision, but the location, her expertise, and her experience with second home buyers. Alex helped us look at properties for OVER A YEAR and never once provided anything but valuable advice, honestly, and exceptional communication. When we were unable to be present for an event (showing, inspection, etc.), Alex acted on our behalf and her communication was incredible. She sent videos, she texted, she followed up with us to keep us on track. During listing reviews, she would share experience from living in the valley and desirable/undesirable aspects of each location and building, and during walk-thrus and inspections she had feedback from her past experience with other buyers. She has recommended contractors to us post-close and continued to be super helpful in picking up keys, providing guidance on transferring utilities, recommending management companies, etc. Overall, Alex made us feel so comfortable and taken care of during the process that she made our decisions easy for us. ZillowVERIFIED Alex represented us on the buy side for a condo in Mount Crested Butte recently and, based on our experience with a number of real estate agents across multiple states over several decades, we would direct anyone interested in the Gunnison County area to look to her first. We met Alex at the beginning of our search, when we inquired about one of her listings. What a lucky accident! Having lived in the area for a number of years, Alex was able to provide a local perspective and information on specific buildings that would otherwise have required extensive diligence on our part to amass. Even with limited inventory available during the timeframe of our search, she picked out some great properties for us to consider, while respecting our wants and budget. Making the remote search process easier for us, Alex offered to go to several properties to take videos to send to us; she even went out of her way to meet with us on the morning she was heading to Denver (four-plus hours away!) for a flight, because it was the only day we be in town to see a property. Going above and beyond, Alex has also helped us by providing insight and thoughtful recommendations on resources from property management companies to contractors. Once we found a property that worked for us, Alex helped us rationally approach pricing in the rapidly changing market, rather than encouraging us toward a number that would make her job easier. When we were under contract and new information materially altered the value of the property to us, Alex supported us in asking for a price reduction that would very likely kill the deal. She didn't lose sight of our interests as buyers and as her clients, and maintained confidence that we would eventually find the right property for us. With the assistance of Alex as our advocate, we closed on the property at a price with which we felt comfortable. Throughout the process, Alex was proactive, communicative, and helpful. Her attitude was always that she worked for us, and wanted the best for us as her clients. We would definitely recommend Alex to anyone looking for a property in the Crested Butte area!

ZillowVERIFIED Starting this review with a small backstory. We have been on a 10+ year search for that "perfect" piece of mountain property from Montana to Idaho, Northern Arizona and even Kauai. We have worked with many realtors during that time and in a client/vendor capacity through our own remodeling business. Of all of the hundreds of realtors we have known, not one stands out like Alex. We chose to contact Alex for help with a mining claim in Irwin near Crested Butte. Through her professional portrait, we could sense her passion for her job shining through in the photo she chose for herself and her comprehensive professional Instagram page caught our attention. We knew Alex would be a great partner for us to hopefully end our search with an ideal piece of land. From the first phone call we knew she was a perfect fit for us. Alex's genuine and uplifting spirit and dedication to her clients was evident and palpable. She made us feel that we were her most important client. Alex became our guide and quickly intuited what we were looking for. She was consistently attentive, honest, knowledgeable, and expertly organized in her approach. We planned a visit to Crested Butte to meet Alex and look at the mining claim we were pretty sure we'd buy. Alex was fully prepared for our visit, respectful and cognizant of covid restrictions and SO MUCH FUN to work with! We had a blast spending time with our realtor who literally hiked miles with us to see this parcel. Who hosts an open house at a vacant lot?
