Oh what a ride its been !! We met Alex at an Open House when we werent really looking for a realtor. A few weeks later, Nick & Milly House Hunt group chat was started and I cant believe that was in 2022 and the rest is history. What feels like 100 homes, after so many visits and so many houses that we lost. We got real close a couple of times but none as special than the one weve landed in. We found our forever home, all better than the rest and made it all worth it. This is a gruesome process, it is overwhelming, theres a lot of information that you need, as well as a lot of patience & knowledge and more importantly you need someone on your team. He is always on your side, whether thats getting to the sellers as quickly as possible, trying to get as much information to get you the best outcome for your sale & buy. There has been no instance in the 2 1/2 years weve worked with Alex that we had to follow up on him getting back to us on our questions. He is quick and always on the ball. He sold our home in a week. We were off the market in 14 days! Thats because it was priced correctly and we had the right team working on it, with staged photos, videos, social media presence. He steered the ship to get through selling as manageable as possible. We went on the market in the middle of winter and he got the job done. This is the 2nd time we have listed and sold a house with Alex. He was so helpful in getting our rental up to date and ready to put on the market. Ketty did an outstanding job in helping myself and my family purchase our first home. She was highly responsive and on top of everything. It was clear she cared about helping us and not just selling a house. She gave us great advice, asked us what we were looking for and gave pros and cons about the properties we were looking at.
