He really helped us hit the ground running with the sale of our house. We had kind of put it off and once we started working with him, things went fast. He also seems to have an endless list of contacts for anything and everything that came up between inspections and buyer requests. We had already moved out of the house and he was there to coordinate the revolving door of contractors at the house which was very much appreciated.
