My son grew up with Alex so when we approached the sale of our house by owner, my son mentioned this to Alex. Alex didn't hesitate to make contact with us. He did this with selfless intentions. He was there not only answer any questions we had to help us prepare to sell, but also offered us many different options beyond sale by owner or the standard real estate sale transaction. He presented every option, even those that wouldn't result in the maximum contribution for him. He was there to assist in whatever capacity we chose.
