ZillowVERIFIED Alex was great to work with! I am a first time home buyer. When I started the process, he sat down with me and went over what to expect and what the process would look like. Every house I wanted to look at he arranged a viewing quickly and took the time to show me houses even on holidays. Alex has the perfect balance of being aggressive with the sellers when its warranted, but also being direct with his client. We looked at numerous houses together and he had great insight on the issues to be wary of and bonus features of the homes. He was respectful of my wants for a home and never was discouraging or negative. Alex was proactive and spotted the house I ended up buying the second it went on the market. He was always available and answered every question and addressed every concern. Alex made my home buying experience a great one and I felt like I had a good and knowledgeable advocate in my corner through the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, I could not have asked for a better realtor. Alex was amazing throughout the entire process. There was never a time I could not reach Alex via call or text to ask a question about the process. He was always flexible with his schedule to show us a house and had great knowledge of the local area.I began the process with 5 months left on my lease, thinking it would take close to 3 or 4 months to find a home. With the efforts of Alex, we were able to get keys to our house within 2 months. I would recommend Alex to anyone who is looking for a house in the South Bend/Mishawaka area!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Alex was an outstanding experience; He was attentive to what we were looking for, did not waste our time showing us properties he knew we would not be interested in.Alex would immediately answer us when we would ask a question or to set up an appointment to look at a property. His integrity was what impressed us the most, we called him to set up a property before we actually hired him to be our realtor and after asking us what we were looking for, realized the house we were calling about would not be something we wanted, instead showed us properties he knew we would prefer.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was not my first real estate agent. When one was not meeting my expectations nor helping me as I needed, I was not afraid to find another. That being said, Alex was a great choice! From the beginning, he was responsive and worked to understand my needs and expectations. He was clear and supportive and guided me through the process. Alex had the right balance of providing information and being fully engaged while not pushing me in any direction. Even after my purchase was complete, he was responsive to questions and follow-up. I can't recommend Alex Martinez highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED We originally were using a rep from a different realty company. After a few weeks of almost no communication from her, we decided to just call listing agents from the houses we liked to schedule a showing. The first one we called was a house that Alex was showing. I was so impressed by the information and service that he offered, we decided to keep him as our new agent even though we didn't put an offer in on that house. Two hours after our showing, Alex had us set up for a search that used the options we wanted to email us a list of houses that were on the market that matched. He kept in contact, almost daily, during our search. After finding the house we eventually bought, Alex took care of every detail from the offer to the closing. We would very highly recommend using Alex to help you find your dream home.
