Little did we know that he was heading such a big company and team. She designated Julia Berstein to work with us. Julia was very diligent, responsive, respectful, patient, and compassionate with us. Our road to buying a home was bumpy, we needed to stop and restart it, we placed offers that we lost to other bids, and we almost close on a house that had considerable liens on it. Very frustrating... Julia worked with us through all that and helped us persevere while respecting our pace. She connected us with the mortgage lenders and the title company that inspired us confidence and acted with our best interest in mind. We are very appreciative and thankful.

I was living in NJ and they were even willing to do virtual home viewings with me, whatever was needed to help me see places. When I went down we had a really productive day with Casey saw several places and put in an offer for a location. Through the whole closing process they kept in check and helped me get the best deal. ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Alex Martinez team 2 times. The first time I was pleased and delight to have worked with a truthful agent, but my second experience was a disaster. I worked with Walter both times and he was diligent and respond to all my request faster. The second time he acted as if we never worked before and I got Alex involved but he (Alex) keep being pushy and disrespectful with the way he handle my contract release. He literally lying to me not until when I called the seller agent myself to get a release from a crappy and useless property!!
