ZillowVERIFIEDWe were connected with Alex when we made an appointment to view a property via Zillow and from there, our quest for a new house end with joys! Alex took time to explained the basic aspects of purchasing a home on the very first day we met him and Carolina. He took time to chat with us to understand our needs and references about the house which we were looking for. He planned ahead for our next steps, he connected us with a loan officer right away so we could get our financial preparations started, and she was a great loan officer, who helped us a lot later on! Carolina took time to take us seeing houses all over So Cal and she was very sweet and patient and the thing we like about Carolina a lot was she did not give up or show frustrations when we said we do not like the house. After multiple days and hundreds mile of driving we found the house we liked, but it was sold before we even put in offer! We continued and found another one and this time we was on time! However, when we were about to put in offer, we found out through Alex that there was disclosure about the house that we could not get passed! back to square 1!! Then we went on house hunting with Carolina again and we found 2 houses that we liked at the same time!!! Yayyyyy This is when Alex with his great knowledge in real estate comes in full course. Alex laid out a strategy for us to make offers on both properties. He took time to explain to us how does the process work and how to secure an offer. We went with the one we liked more and more affordable!! Sweet! Then Alex introduced us to a wonderful home inspector, who did a great job finding all of the flaws in the property and made a great recommendations for us. We backed out. Back to square 1!! Again! Alex helped us to get back our earnest money as well as canceled the offer within 2 days after inspection. We found another one that we liked 5 days later. Third time the charm??? May be. Yes. We got it this time! Alex was there walked us through the whole process from explaining the contract, how escrow works, how to close and was available for questions whenever we needed help. Thank you Alex and Carolina for your dedication and hard work!

I did not initially respond to Alex and his team since my mother did not want to move from her home and neighborhood. She had been living in her home/neighborhood for 50+ years. Once my mom passed away this year, I began to consider selling my moms home since my life/job was in Colorado. My moms house was in poor condition and I was worried about selling the house in its current condition. I expected buyers would ask for big discounts on the sale of the house. I worked mostly with Alex. He saved me so much time and effort with regards to managing my moms home. The house went through extensive renovations. Alex, found all the contractors. Most of the contractors charged very reasonable rates for their work and materials. Renovations costs were quite low because these contractors were vetted by Alex and/or he used these same contractors for his own private renovations projects. Once the sale of the home began, Alex continued to excel in providing the professional/experienced guidance. Alex recommended staging the house which created so much interest in the house. Eventually, we found a buyer. Alex provided much guidance through the process of negotiating with the buyers real estate agent. I followed Alexs lead and finally the house sold at a reasonable market value. I will consult with Alex in the future if I am ever interested in buying or selling a house in California. I appreciate Alexs wealth of experience, can do attitude, and professionalism.
