We chose Alex and Roberto to help us get our home ready for the market. My business associate and I recently selected the Sunset Team to represent us on the sale of a new construction modern home in the Melrose Village/Beverly Grove area. It was a unique situation because we did not owe anyone the listing, which allowed us to interview 6 outstanding agents from 6 firms. To be clear, neither my associate nor I knew any of the Sunset Team personally prior to this transaction. What Alex promised in our first meeting and what they delivered was one and the same! No one knows the market better and the entire team was utterly professional throughout. Pricing discussions, advice during staging, showings and, importantly, escrow--all were handled beautifully.
