If you are looking for a real estate professional to work with for the best possible outcome, Alex Lam is your guy. We purchased a house in San Bruno, California in February 2024. Alex was instrumental throughout. He took the time to listen to our parameters and gave us honest feedback. He genuinely wanted to find a house that we wanted, and not just to sell us any house. There were instances that we found a house appealing when Alex pointed out potential issues, relative to our parameters. He worked tirelessly in all hours and communicated openly and promptly. Ask him a question and you will get a response in minutes in text, call or email. He was available in person as needed and showed up for appointments promptly as if we were his only client. He has a winning strategy to deal with today real estate market and is not reluctant to adjust as conditions change. When we found our house, Alex methodically explained the situation to us and allowed us to come up with our best offer we felt comfortable with. Reportedly, our offer was 1 of 25 and not the highest but we ended up with the house, fair and square. In retrospect, I believe Alex did his due diligence and understand the nuances of the situation well to guide us to the winning bid.
