Outstandingly amazing realtor. Alex is always cordial and in a good mood when dealing with her clientele. Recently, we just worked out a deal on a 5 Acre property in Mountain Home, AR, and she was with me every step of the way, making sure everything from the septic layout to all the contracts were signed, dated, and organized for both her and my records in an extremely timely fashion. Coupled with the fact that the seller was overseas with a ~12 hour time difference, she was able to coordinate and communicate as a medium between us and even got an astounding owner financing offer that pleased both parties. Alex listened attentively and compassionately to my needs when it came time to see my home. She was available any time of the day to answer my questions or concerns. She was truly invested in helping me through the emotional and physical process of selling my home of 35 years, which was not an easy thing to do. I thought I loved the flow and feel of my home and wasn?t quite sure how I felt about her ?staging? it, but I absolutely loved how Alex was able to take my furniture and belongings and rearrange them into a living space that was more welcoming and pleasing to the eyes.
