Alex was wonderful! We used him to buy a house for our daughter, to sell our current home, and to buy our retirement home. He is very down-to-earth and answers questions quickly (even on the weekend) and in an easy to understand manner. He also was able to get the house for us, and our daughter, even though we were not the highest bidder in either case. He also got us a much higher offer than we were expecting on the sale of our current home. When the next move is expected to take place in our family Alex will be our first call!

Alex was incredible from the first time I met him discussing my plans on buying to the final walk through! His knowledge, his patience, his skills in real estate are noticeable and great. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. I?ve worked with another real estate company in the past, and I can honestly say Alex Haumesser with Howard Hanna should be rated #1. The part I loved the most on this transaction was, he wasn?t afraid to be direct and tell us what?s what, either being good features on the home or bad. Will definitely use him again.
