ZillowVERIFIED Had the pleasure of having Alex as our realtor. He was very thorough and patient when finding us the perfect home that fit our families needs. Alex is very dedicated to his clients and would drive out of his way in traffic just to show us one house. My husband and I truly appreciate all the effort he put into finding our home because we are so happy. I highly recommend his real estate group when buying or selling a home. If we ever need to sell and buy a home again I would use their services again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Marc on multiple occasions. To sell a home and most recently to buy my primary. Both times he was professional and very knowledgeable. The ball just kept moving once it was on his court. Updates where always there and if I had any questions they were answers promptly. He keeps your best interest in mind at all times. I will be selling another home here shortly and he is going to be the agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Alex has been a great experience. I have never come across a realtor with his patience, and understanding. My experience in the past with realtors has been off putting as some can be pushy. However, Alex was not and I can genuinely say I was given a fair deal. He was very professional and made sure the home sold in a timely manner. His area of service is the inland empire and I highly recommend that you work with him. I will definitely seek his assistance in the future and I hope that he gets much business for being great at what he does! If you need a patient, responsible, professional, and fair realtor call Alex he will assist you!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex helped my wife and I sell our house and I was impressed. I have dealt with other real estate agents before and the one thing that stood out in those experiences was slow responses to questions or concerns. Alex responded immediately to my calls, text messages and emails which was awesome. When taking on a huge financial transaction, it is great to have someone like Alex there for all types of support. We will definitely use Alex again for our next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Hi my name is Larry I contacted Alex in regards to purchasing a house. He was an absolute GODSEND. He was extremely patient, understanding, personable, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process. No matter how many questions my wife and I asked or how silly those questions seemed Alex never acted like they were unimportant. In my opinion due in large part to his diligence and hard work my wife and i are not only lucky enough to have been his clients and now homeowners, but are also lucky enough to consider him a valued friend. Thank you Alex and God bless you.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I were blessed to come across with such a helpful and honest person. I had a few issues that had to be resolved in order to have a smooth transaction in our home purchase and Alex was such a great help. I was advised and guided on what had to be done in order to make it happen. There was alot of questions my husband and I did not have answers to for being first time buyers and Alex was always there with a response. Alex is a honest, patient and very professional broker. I would strongly recommend Alex to anyone that is purchasing a home. So thankful that the Lord placed him in our path to start a new chapter in our life.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Alex at our first open house. We also met another realtor who showed us a few houses. At the end of our day we saw one more house we wanted to see so I called Alex. Even after his long day he came to show us the house. We then decided we liked him as a professional and he was very personable. I contacted Alex and 2 days later he showed us 9 listing we wanted to see in one day. We found 2 houses we loved and ultimately made the decision on the house we are in now. Alex was on top of everything he needed to do he got us the house under list price and we received a credit as well. He also went one step further and introduced us to a college friend who is a broker and we did our loan through him. From start to finish we were in our dream home in a month. He is someone I would definitely recommend as a realtor and honest and very thorough, he always had our best interest at heart.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was referred to me by a neighbor of mine when it came time to sell my house. Upon first meeting with him he was very professional and put our needs first. Although this is his job and source of income he made it feel like he wasn't just getting a sale out of us just to get his cut. He did not rush us to make any rash decisions when we were taking our time to think about what was best and provided great mentorship on helping us make the best decision. Even after we have had multiple offers on the house and had accepted one Alex still chose to walk the neighborhood in 100+ degree weather passing out flyers for an open house the following weekend in case something fell through. It seemed at almost any time I could text/email/call him and get an almost instant response to any crazy questions I may of had. Alex is a loyal, dedicated, hard working, professional real estate agent and a good person above anything. He helped us sale our house quick and get exactly what we wanted. If I weren't moving out of the area I would use him again. I would recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex Gonzalez, is a a true Real Estate Professional! We were in urgent need of finding a house to rent and unfortunately we were not having the best luck with other agents. We contacted Alex, and immediately, he was able to put together a list of house available to view and followed up with us to see if we were interested in viewing any of the homes on the list or any houses we were interested in. Alex was professional and diligent in showing houses, he was always readily available to meet for viewings. Finally, we are settling into a beautiful house with all the amenities we wanted, thanks to Alex! Alex provided us with the paperwork and all the details for the contract, in no time, and made the process smooth and painless. Our experience with Alex was exceptional! With much appreciation,Liz and Shad

ZillowVERIFIED I am not sure where to start but Alex was the best buyer agent I had ever dealt with. I rated him based on the following:From his initial phone call, he sounded very friendly and honest person (and he turned out to be exactly that). He is very smart and was able to know exactly what I want for my future home. He showed me homes that was exactly like what I had in mind (did not waste my time on homes does not meet my expectation). After finding the house I want, he was like an angel in term of telling me what to expect and how to proceed. Alex was very responsive in answering his phone call and calling me back with the answer I want if he did not know the answer directly.During the buying process, he made some very valuable recommendations that helped me tremendously with buying the house (I honestly think that I would never have gotten this home if it were not for him). He really earned my trust and I will always use him in the future. I strongly recommend him not only for buying but also for all other transactions, as it is hard to find someone who is dedicated, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable.
