He sent me over 30 listings that met my criteria and I narrowed them down to 7. We viewed every property the next day after work which was really flexible with my schedule. Lee and Alex took it upon themselves to coordinate maintenance needed on the home, including HVAC issues, termite fumigation, and other miscellaneous items. If I had a question, they had a solution. Being relatively new to the home selling process, they walked me through every step and informed me of what our client would need to effectuate a smooth transaction (given the complexity and multiple parties involved). As we were preparing the home for public sale, they coordinated an offer from a pre-listing buyer... and BOOM! The house was pending sale within a week. This process that we thought would take at LEAST three to four months only took 6 weeks due to their desire to help us and find a solution for the client. They have incredible connections in the area and were amazing communicators from start to finish. They also made themselves available at any time of the day/week. Negotiations had to be made for a few minor maintenance issues, but they provided extremely thorough advice and were able to lead both parties to a win-win situation. Lee Fink and her son, Alex, listed and closed on our 20 year Wellington home in 30 days and got more than $25,000 OVER the listed price - which was already more than wed expected to sell for.
