Alex did a wonderful job generating multiple offers for the property. The property sold fairly quickly. It would have been an easier transition if he or a representative of the company would have showed up for the closing, to help expedite some things that had fallen thru the cracks. If that day was not good for the closing it would have been wonderful if that was stated, so that we could have rescheduled to have representation available.

Alex has great attitude, he is personable and honest, has confidence in his abilities, and was interested in helping us. Very knowledgeable and straightforward. We highly recommend Alex Fenske.
