ZillowVERIFIEDAlex and I had been communicating for several months while I was still living on the mainland and we had set parameters on price range, location, and preferred amenities. Within two days of my arrival in Lahaina he had five properties lined up for visits. Those visits were solid starting points per what the West Maui condo market would bear. We got lucky one afternoon and found an Open House on a desirable street. Within 24 hours we had and offer on the table and Alex helped steer the ensuring negotiations and paperwork. He made the process very accommodating and understandable and within 10 days we had a signed contract and move-in timeline. None of this would have happened without Alex's professionalism and knowledge of property values in the local marketplace. Several months later he's still a valued contact and I certainly would recommend him to other interested buyers looking for residential real estate on the Valley Isle.
