ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking to move into a new area where we had no experience. The communities that we were looking at had severe flooding back in May, and we needed somebody with the local experience that could direct us away from problem areas. Alex showed us the houses that we were interested in, as well as made his own recommendations. He would also tell us what the impact had been for the flooding in that area and what the outlook was for the future. After two days, we had not found a house that met all of our needs. So we agreed to get back with Alex after there was more inventory.Alex continued to email us information on properties that met our criteria, and 2 weeks later, he sent information on a house that got my wife and I excited immediately. We called him the next day, and he informed us that he had just previewed the house that morning. He explained the special situation with the house being in foreclosure, and the process that the bank was going to be using to take offers. He told us the price range in which he thought the house would sell, and we made an offer at the high end of his range, sight unseen. Alex's estimate was spot-on, and we edged out the next highest offer to get the house.We were out of state, and Alex represented us at every step of the way. He met with the inspector, and walked us through the house on a video chat. He showed us each of the concerns found by the inspector, answered questions, and made recommendations. There is no way we could have gone through with this purchase without a realtor that was willing to take all the extra steps representing us when we couldn't be there.Alex told us that we would love the house , and he was right. We don't expect to sell the house anytime soon, but if we do we will be working with Alex. He is proffesional, dedicated, hard-working, and responsible. Thank you Alex for helping us find our Dream Home!

ZillowVERIFIED I don't even know where to begin with a recommendation. Alex is one of the most patient, kind, accommodating realtors we've ever met. My husband and I are looking for a home to retire to. We've been working with Alex for THREE YEARS!! I have many must haves for our future home and Alex is so patient with me. We live 2.5 hours north of his office and he is very flexible with our timing in looking at homes. He gives his honest opinion, is not pushy or impatient. ZillowVERIFIED Alex was very helpful in finding us a home in Mid-Michigan. Our home did not sell as quickly as we hoped and we did not want to buy a new one until we sold our old one. Alex stayed in contact with us for nearly a year and he was the only agent who did so. He did not give up on us. We lived out of town and it was convenient for us to view homes on line and we viewed every listing he sent us, which was usually at least one listing every day. He provided us showings at our convenience whenever we requested it and as out-of-town people that was most helpful. We liked his knowledgeable suggestions when we asked and he was always polite and gracious. We found a home we love and he made it a good experience for us.

We had the financing, then we didn't have the financing, then we did, then the house didn't appraise for enough, (he worked hard to improve that), the house got sold to someone else, then it wasn't ..... we finally got the place!! But only because of Alex's efforts and never quit attitude. He knew how badly we wanted this house, and he struggled for months, never quitting, to make it happen. Without his ambition .... we would have ended up settling for 2nd best or staying where we were. Instead, we're in our dream home living the dream!!
