They helped me immensely when buying my first house. We looked at well over 30 houses and Alex had no problems showing them to us. He accommodated my late working day (I don't get off until 5pm). Drove us all over Hampton and Newport News. Offered his welcomed insight to areas that we were looking at. When we finally found the house we wanted he immediately went to work making offers and negotiating with the seller. We ran into a problem with the seller taking way too long and started to look at other homes. Again Alex and Kathleen stepped up and started showing us other homes, while we waited to hear from the seller, without any complaint. Luckily we finally heard back from our seller and got to close. It took about 4 months but that wasn't their fault and never did they act like we wasted their time. When I sell I plan on using them again. It was the best home buying experience I have had/heard about. And for a good laugh ask Alex how Nathan and Megan got him to almost put an offer on a house not for sale.
