FAQ
It is important for a Buyer to prioritize financial preparation, secure a strong real estate agent and be ready for a competitive market with prompt strategic offers which your Realtor could provide information to help you make a sound decision.
My advice to a seller trying to sell their home is to approach the sale as both a business decision and a marketing opportunity. Selling a home isn't just about listing it - it's about positioning it thoughtfully in the market. Pricing should be strategic not emotional -buyers will ultimately decide a home's value based on current market behavior, not past expectations or future possibilities. Take the time to prepare the home so buyers can immediately see themselves living there; simplicity, cleanliness, and presentation go a long way. Be open to feedback and willing to adjust when needed - flexibility often leads to better results. Most importantly, work with a real estate agent you trust to guide you through each decision so the process feels informed, strategic, and well managed from start to finish.
I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients. My client base is quite varied, which I enjoy because every transaction is unique.
During one of the most competitive markets, when nearly every property had multiple offers, I had the privilege of representing a determined Buyer couple. We toured several homes and submitted a few offers that unfortunately didn’t get accepted. Still, we stayed patient and focused.
One day, while heading out on a scheduled showing tour, we spotted a property that wasn’t even on our list. I immediately called the Listing Agent—who thankfully answered—and she arranged a showing with the seller on the spot. The husband loved the home right away, but the wife wanted to explore more options before deciding. After seeing additional homes, she realized the first one truly stood out.
We began drafting an offer, but in the middle of negotiations another offer came in, and the sellers accepted it. It was a tough moment for all of us, but we didn’t lose hope. Because I’d built a good rapport with the Listing Agent, I reached out and asked her to keep our offer in mind as a backup.
Just a few days later, I received the call: the escrow had fallen through, and my clients were next in line. They were thrilled and ready to secure the home without hesitation. Everything aligned smoothly from there, and we ultimately closed successfully. Today, my Buyers are overjoyed in their new home.
This journey was a powerful reminder that in real estate, unexpected twists don’t have to mean the end of the road. With patience, persistence, and the right mindset—paired with an experienced agent—great outcomes are always possible.
I was looking for a job and I saw an ad in the newspaper that said marketing position with leads provided. I called the number and spoke with my current broker. He got me into it and never left.
I have a degree in Business and majored in Banking and Finance. Though I didn't get into the mortgage business, I am familiar and up to date with the loan programs available on the market. Additionally, my experience in real estate (since 1996), has taught me how to navigate the different cycles and market conditions the real estate industry has been through. From short sales to foreclosure, I had the opportunity to engage and sell in those type of market.
