She is constantly looking and communicating with you. You do not have to do all the searching, Alessia does everything. She also works hard to get you the best deal. She will not stop until you are completely satisfied. She is easily reachable at any time and returns your calls or texts immediately. Not only does she know real estate, she will give you recommendations for other people such as mortage brokers, insurance companies, home improvement people. She kept in constant contact with the title company, the mortgage company, even my HOA, so that I had an on time closing.
