About Alessandro Falcao

Throughout Alessandro's career, he has epitomized integrity, hard work, and devotion in assisting clients in every area of their real estate needs. As a resident of NJ for over 20 years and local minister in North and Central NJ, he has served this region for the past 15 years in various areas for our community. He has a vast knowledge of all areas of our lovely state and travels and goes everywhere from North to South NJ. In addition Alessandro was born and raised in South America and speaks both Portuguese and Spanish to better serve our Latino community. We havent owed our own home for over 20 years. We were so nervous to start on this journey to finding the house of our dreams. We tried 2 other agents who never really listened to our wants and needs. We looked at house after house and it felt so mechanical. Not like they were genuine. We started getting discouraged and thought of just giving up. Then my daughter suggested we give Alex a try. She was beyond pleased with him. He helped her find her 1st home in the town she wanted. From our first conversation I knew he was going to be the one who helped my husband and I find the home we so desperately wanted. He listened, he was responsive to my early morning questions and concerns. He worked around our schedule. It felt right, I knew he was the right fit for us. 2nd house we went to see just blew us away. It had everything we wanted. The rest is history. We just closed on our home and couldnt be happier. Where do I begin, there are quite no words to describe our incredible experience with Alex. My journey started in January. My current realtor and I were not seeing eye to eye. Then, in May, I was referred to Alex, and next thing I knew I was viewing over 30 homes in the span of 4 months, executed 16 serious offers, and right when the journey began to feel pointless, Alex did not stop searching and encouraged us to stay focused.
