Buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. It usually sits on top of something bigger - a new job, a growing family, a change nobody planned for. I try to keep that in view the whole way through.

I have closed homes from small starter properties to homes over $800,000, in Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Chapin, Elgin, Blythewood, Cayce, West Columbia and the smaller towns in between. Different price points, same approach: be straight with people, do the work, protect the closing date.
Most of what I do between contract and closing you will never see - coordinating the lender, the attorney, the inspector, the insurance agent, the contractors. That is the job. You should be able to go about your life while I handle it.
