ZillowVERIFIED We just bought our new home in Reno with Aleksandra, who came highly recommended by a friend - and she definitely didnt disappoint! We were originally looking at both older homes and new construction, and Aleksandra really helped us look at the numbers and figure out what made the most sense. In the end, we decided the new development was the better choice for us, and we feel really good about that decision. She was also great about helping us with a property we have in Southern Nevada that we were planning on listing. Even though it had nothing to do with the Reno purchase, she still took the time to talk through our options with us and give us her honest opinion. We really appreciated that. Aleksandra was always responsive, easy to talk to, and never pushy. We felt like she was genuinely looking out for us and wanted us to make the right decision, not just close a deal. Were really happy with our new home and would absolutely recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Aleksandra on our Reno investment property and she was great to work with. We were trying to decide between a new construction and an older home, and she helped us really think through both options instead of just pushing us toward one. We also had an issue with the developers lending rep. We felt like they werent really advocating for us, and when we told Aleksandra, she jumped right in and got us connected with someone else. She made sure we were taken care of and that things went smoothly from there. That meant a lot to us. Overall, she was super responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely had our back. Were really happy with the investment we ended up with and would definitely work with Aleksandra again.

ZillowVERIFIED Aleksandra was amazing during my whole process. When I forgot something she was there to remind me, when I was going through tough times (which was the whole time) she was there, when I had to take a flight the next day to get get my divorce decree she was there looking for flights with me. She was outstanding in all aspects. I couldn't be happier with the service she provided and couldn't be happier with my new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I feel like Aleksandra's experience, knowledge and expert advice helped my home purchase go smoothly and likely saved me thousands. She's very communicative which is big with me because when you're engaging probably the biggest deal of your life, its nice to have someone who can guide you and explain the process in a way that won't leave you with more questions than answers.

ZillowVERIFIED Aleksandra did an outstanding job from the beginning of the home buying process to the end. She was very supportive and knowledgeable, if she didn't have an answer to a question she was quick to get an answer. She will make sure your home buying process goes smooth and coordinate with your loan team as well as title to ensure there are minimal delays in closing if any delay at all. I would 1000% recommend using her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Aleksandra has been exceptional. I first reached out to her by blindly picking a name from a listing and I couldn't have been luckier to be rewarded with her expertise, consideration, and professionalism. She has helped me navigate the ins and outs of buying and selling my first house, given me insights and expectations on the market, and been an advocate for me in negotiations and the litany of small challenges that arise with the purchase and sale of a home. I appreciated her clear communication and follow-through especially with my lack of experience. Moreover, her thoughtful cards on special occasions and monthly info letter demonstrate that her motivation comes from a place of connecting with others and helping them find happiness in their homes. In a profession that sometimes seems otherwise motivated only by the bottom line, Aleksandra is a true outlier and truly a special person to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Was checking out web site in Nevada homes to moved to and Alesksandra name came up and she was trying to contact with me and keep me update of home available in the location I was looking for. I finally decided to take a short vacation in Nevada and contact with Alesksandra to see what I can check out while I'm there. She have me talk to loan office team to see if I qualify and she show me some homes to see which one I'm interest in. Frankly I have to admit the process was very quick. Aleksandra is very efficient and detail she will show and give advice about the homes detail. She will update information and remind me what I need to do. She is a very fast agent if a person need that speed. Well all I can said I got myself a new home. Yea. Thank you Aleksandra.

ZillowVERIFIED Aleksandra was very professional and worked with me in a diligent manner. I had many personal life issues and looked around haphazardly without a home in mind and she was patient with me throughout the entire process. Towards the end of the closing, she even helped me celebrate and gave a bit of her closing commission to children in need with a backing receipt! Thank you very much Aleksandra.

ZillowVERIFIED Aleksandra was a wonderful realtor. I felt comfortable with her immediately. She was excellent and digging into the key features and items only partner and I wanted in a home and helped us narrow down options. She was always available for questions and took the time to make sure we understood the process and what we needed to do. All the tours, inspections, etc happened in a timely manner and before we knew it, we had a new home! I highly reccomend Aleksandra to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I, being first time buyers are very thankful and grateful that we were teamed up with Aleksandra in the purchasing of our new home.A She went above and beyond the regular realtor in helping us with all aspects of the process.A She spent much time in showing us properties, pointing out the good and bad in all of them.A She didnt rush us in making a purchase just so she could make a sale.A She explained the details of what could and couldnt be done when using a VA loan for purchase.A This was extremely helpful.A Once we settled on a home she coached us in the getting of inspectors for structural and HVAC.A This proved to be very helpful in finding things that needed to be corrected before we signed.A She also worked with our home builder and mortgage lender to get us very decent rebates on closing costs and appliances.A Aleksandra was wonderful in helping us with this very stressful process and we cant thank her enough.A If you get a chance to have her on your side you will feel the same way June and I feel about her.A Thank you again A Aleksandra. ZillowVERIFIED Aleksandra is one of the best agents out there. This was my first home purchase and I was completely unfamiliar with the process. Aleksandra expertly and patiently guided me through each step - housing search, lender management, negotiation, inspections, repairs, and closing - until I finally landed a house that matched what I was looking for. Here are some of the wonderful qualities she brings to the table: -she is incredibly responsive -she will be with you every step of the way and will work tirelessly on your behalf -she will tell you with an expert eye various aspects of a home that lower or increase its value, or may give you issues down the road (this is particularly helpful for first-time buyers) -she gives personalized attention, making you feel like a valued partner in the process -she is incredibly detailed and organized, and will keep you on track with important tasks and deadlines -she will not mislead you or peddle false fantasies; she is honest and direct about the housing market as well as potential challenges in the home itself or the offer/negotiation process In short, I feel lucky that Aleksandra was my agent - I can't say enough good things.

ZillowVERIFIED Aleksandra made us feel like family. My husband and I were "on the fence" when it came to buying a home. We looked on zillow every single day at homes we never thought we could have. One day we decided to take the leap and look seriously into the process of purchasing our first home. My husband is a veteran and soon after he contacted Veterans United, we were put into contact with Aleksandra. Aleksandra is not only friendly, she listened to what we were looking for in our future home. Aleksandra took what we wanted, found several homes within our personal criteria and set up showings. We just so happened to put an offer on the second home we saw, which was also a brand new build in a brand new neighborhood. While viewing the houses, she asked the New Home Specialists the right questions that my husband and I didnt even think to ask. Once we decided on the home we wanted, Aleksandra was even able the builders into adding brand new appliances and blinds. Aleksandra is also so knowledgeable about the home buying process, which was extremely helpful for us being first time home buyers who, to be honest, didn't exactly know what we were doing lol. She was right on top of everything and everyone, from the VA loan company to the home warranty guys. Aleksandra was a huge part in making it possible for a short escrow and for our family being able to spend Christmas in our new home. Another amazing thing, my sons birthday is a week before Christmas, and Aleksandra remembered and sent him a birthday card. My 9 year old was so excited. She made his day! She has kept in contact with our family even now after we are in our new home. She really is not only a wonderful realtor, but also a wonderful person. I 100% recommend Aleksandra. She is the person you want in your corner when making a big life decision like buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Aleksandra helped us with two purchases and two sales. The last sale was while we were in another state. We had left the house clean, but it wasnt staged for sale. No problem for her, she quickly depersonalized our home, held an open house, kept us informed along the way, and in just a few days we were in escrow. Aleksandra Moskal is absolutely excellent!

In fact she was so precise on what I wanted that we made an offer on the second home we looked at. Aleksandra stayed in contact with me, the mortgage lender and the seller the entire time. She often asked questions that I didnt think of as we were important to her. She didnt sell me a house, she gave us a positive experience we wont ever forget. Five stars ?? ????????

ZillowVERIFIED I just had to share my incredible experience with Aleksandra as my real estate guru! Seriously, if youre looking for someone whos not just about the business, but genuinely cares and delivers, shes the one youve been waiting for. From day one, she was all ears, eager to understand what I wanted in my dream home. But what really sold me on her was how she fought for my demands. Shes a champion negotiator and a true advocate for her customers. And she does it all with grace, keeping those connections positive. Give her a shot. Youll thank me later.
