Aleks was the first to really ask questions about our budget, time-frame, what we were looking for, and did so in a down-to-earth manner without being pushy at all. He immediately pulled out market trends to show us and was able to forward on information to contact a broker on our behalf. We were mildly stagnant for another half year or so (just casually going to open houses when we had the time) when we stumbled into the house we fell in love with. In order to find a good deal you have to be among first one, because of all technology, I was able to know about NEW on market properties before many other. Aleks works FULL TIME in real estate, so that explains his knowledge and availability. Therefore, guys if you want to fallow others get another agent; buy if you want to be on the top and want to lead, Aleks would be the best choice.
