ZillowVERIFIED Alejandro (Alex) was referred to me by a friend. After meeting and talking at length with him, I realized that this is a guy who you need on your side. His knowledge of market values/ trends far surpassed other agents whom I had spoken with. I have been immensely pleased with each of our dealings and will continue to consult/ use him on future projects.

ZillowVERIFIED I have to say Alejandro is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with! I was very impressed with him. He sold my mother's property in only 2 weeks! He was honest with me when he helped me value the property for listing. He was even able to get more than I expected. I would highly recommend him. He's approach is both professional and personable.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife sold a property through Alejandro Grundseth within 2 weeks of listing it. He was very aggressive on getting showings and on showing multiple times per day. He was knowledgeable about the type of client that would be interested in the property and focused his efforts there. He exceeded the estimated amount that we thought we would receive for the property as well. I highly recommend Alejandro Grundseth as an expert realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Alejandro was recommended by a mutual friend and I was told that he would accommodate to my schedule and after I contacted him he promised the same, but back to back he kept postponing the days we agreed to go look at houses. It was a very disappointing experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Alejandro Grunseth exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Alejandro was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my partner and I to discuss the proceds I strongly recommend Alejandro for 1st or any home buying!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Our family worked with Alejandro in 2014 to help us with the purchase of our first home. Alejandro worked very hard to help us find the right house for us. He guided us in the home buying process and found the right lender that processed our loan application super fast. When we finally found the right house, Alejandro worked very quickly to put in an offer. Unfortunately, the house was a short-sale and the bank foreclosed the property despite our offer. Nonetheless, when the house was back on the market, Alejandro swiftly notified us and our offer was accepted. Alejandro had homeowners insurance, and a real estate attorney ready for us so we could finalize the process and become homeowners. Added benefits of working with Alejandro: He is super family friendly (we always brought our then 5 and 2 year old kids) and HABLA ESPAA'OL, which comes in handy when you need to make sure all of the important details are 100% understood by all members of the family.

ZillowVERIFIED I have done business with Mr. Grundseth for about 10 years. I have worked with realtors for over 15 years. In this 15 year period I have not meet a realtor that works as hard as Alejandro Grundseth. He devotes his time and expertise to your needs and wants. His knowledge of the real estate market along with his knowledge of the mortgage process makes him stand out above the rest. That is why I am proud to call Alejandro Grundseth my Realtor.
