Aleithia Greer

Aleithia is a Georgia native, born and raised in Gwinnett County. She is the proud owner/broker of Southern Sunset Realty Group. She resides with her husband Ray, and is the proud Mom to three grown boys and grandmother (Mimi) to four beautiful grandchildren. Aleithia started her career in education teaching and training special needs children in Walton County. She grew a love and passion for helping others and decided she wanted to help with the biggest financial decisions of their life. Aleithia got her real estate license in 2004. She made the million-dollar club her first year. Then the multi-million-dollar club every year after. Since 2015, She and her team have been in the top 3% of Teams for the Walton/Barrow Board of Realtors and is considered a Mega Team for production. She has served on the Associate Leadership Council and serves on several communities. The goal of Aleithia and her team is to make this an exceptional experience and build a relationship for life.
