Albon met with us for an hour or so telling us about the Casper area when we visited the area and kept in touch. When we finally decided on relocating to Casper, Albon found us a house that we liked in a hot market that met our needs and our budget. Albon's knowledge of the area and the market is a big advantage to anyone looking in this area for real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm very lucky to have found Albon. I was not living in Casper at the time of my purchase. It's not easy to feel to make a purchase when you're from out of state. Albon was not just knowledgeable, but also extremely responsive. When there was a house that I was very interested in, he went so far as to make an immediate appointment to see it himself and give me a FaceTime tour of the place. He had good insight into the areas of town and dialed in quickly to just what I was looking for. I highly recommend Albon to anyone buying a house in Casper.

ZillowVERIFIED I live out of state and needed to sell my parents' home in October 2019. I was referred to Albon. I was only in Casper for a limited time and told him. He literally picked up the ball and ran with it. We met several times but otherwise we texted, e-mailed and talked on phone. He gave advice when asked, but also left decisions to me. House sold after I left Casper and everything went very smoothly as far as offers, counteroffers and closing. Albon was a life-saver for me and this process went much smoother than some of the experiences selling my own homes in the past. I would definitely recommend Albon to anyone needing to sell their home.

We actually reached out on a whim through zillow and somehow zillow matched us up with him so it wasn't like a friend referred him to us or any type of connection we had. To be honest, we knew we had options with TONS of realtors in town but we really valued and appreciated his promptness and responsiveness to our questions. We went through both selling and buying with Albon and our success might be partly due to the current market but it also has to do with his dedication to us as clients. It's nice to know that you don't need to have personal connections in order to have a good experience on such a large investment and life decision.

He was respectful of our limitations for price and house requirements, and able to skillfully steer us towards a good choice. We bought a new construction home, and Albon researched the developer and also has a useful knowledge of construction (ie: able to reassure us that the work being done was of good quality).
