ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Al Posillico. He is an exceptional real estate resource. Al has a wealth of knowledge of the industry and understands the real estate market thoroughly. Al is professional, timely and really cares about his clients. Al helped us sell our home in Hartsdale this past spring with great result. Super happy! Thanks Al.

ZillowVERIFIED Al is excellent at setting up your home for potential buyers. He knows what makes ones home more marketable. Hell suggest improvements but leaves it to the seller to accept or reject his suggestions. The only flaw, not in Als hands, was that the Closing did not take place in December as contracted but in mid-February. That was a fault of the lenders! In any case, I highly recommend Al Posillico for getting your place sold at the highest price possible.

ZillowVERIFIED This is a serendipitous relationship. He was working with my daughter and son in law and they didnt know what they wanted and blah blah blah. I went once with my daughter to a showing and was so impressed by his openness, and knowledge, that I accelerated my own plans to downsize and relocate to another property. The experience of working with Albert and his team was phenomenal. I highly recommend them for the first-time, buyer, or the experienced homeowner. He listens and understands

ZillowVERIFIED Al, this review is long overdue. I could thank you for helping us purchase our first home and holding our hands every step of the way. I could also thank you for helping us to sell that same home 5 years later in TWO WEEKS! But I mostly want to thank you for being such an amazing person. I continue to recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to work with you. There isn?t anyone better!

ZillowVERIFIED Al helped my family buy our first home! Al and his team helped us find a great home with the best rates. Initially, the buyers didnt accept our offer. When I expressed to Al just how badly I wanted the house, he made it happen!

ZillowVERIFIED Nothing but great things to say about Al! Found him by luck on the internet. He was present and super commutative on all levels. Al managed to lay everything out in clear fashion and made my first home buying experience a delight! I would and will recommend him to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently hired Al to help us sell our co-op apartment in Bronxville. During our initial meeting, Al demonstrated how prepared he was with a complete market analysis, when he thought we should list, and how we could better stage the property. Because of Al?s insight, our apartment received multiple offers in a week (note that the two previous times our apartment was listed, including when we purchased it, it remained on the market for over a year). Al is extremely professional and is not afraid to give you the hard truth. While we were ecstatic that we were in contract in a week, we were sad that we didn?t get to work with Al for a longer period of time. We will be recommending Al to all of our friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Al is awesome!! Seriously, this guy knows his stuff and makes you feel like you are the most important client he has ever had! Not only did he do a brilliant job on his end - he even helped me with preparing the house. It looked even nicer than usual, and got hoards of people through the door! Thank you, Al!!

ZillowVERIFIED Al Posillico is simply the best of the best. I seriously had my doubts about the likely hood if our house selling. He was awesome. He knew the market, did his research if the area and plainly said this house will sell. He was so confident. He listed our house right at the right time and at the right price. We had an accepted offer almost immediately. Unfortunately those people backed out if the deal, but that made him work even harder. The house sold, and he helped us find the house if our dreams. He is simply the best there is.

ZillowVERIFIED We live where we live thanks to Al. He asked the right questions about prospective changes in our life that had us face the fact the our original location choice was not a good choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Al was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful in helping me find a home. He first finds out what his client is looking then shows homes based on their wish list. He was always available to answe all my questions and concerns. I found my home in two weeks.

ZillowVERIFIED Al gave me an excellent appraisal backing it up with numerous examples of other houses both sold and on the market. He had a video tour on line of my house done and advertised quite a bit. I had an excellent response when the house hit the market. I had over 30 showings and many offers. He made sure the people were prequalified. He guided me every step of the way in the sale of my house. He then helped me find a place to live. That was a little bit hard because I have special needs. He was very patient and worked hard with me. Al handled every aspect of my sale and purchase. Every phone call was returned and every email answered. Both closings are over, I have moved and still he helps me when I need a skilled laborer. He goes well and beyond his line of duty. I am so grateful for all he has done. Thank you Al.

ZillowVERIFIED Al was truly a blessing. He was with my husband and I every step of the way and our Coop was sold within a few months. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable of the real state market thus I found his expertise and advice to always be on point. You can go wrong if you list with Al.
