ZillowVERIFIEDAl is excellent at setting up your home for potential buyers. He knows what makes ones home more marketable. Hell suggest improvements but leaves it to the seller to accept or reject his suggestions. The only flaw, not in Als hands, was that the Closing did not take place in December as contracted but in mid-February. That was a fault of the lenders! In any case, I highly recommend Al Posillico for getting your place sold at the highest price possible.
