Everything is really difficult for me because it's my first time and I don't understand English, and I don't have time because work is too busy. We only contacted in the evening and midnight but they were always helpful and very enthusiastic. After buying a house, they often come to visit us, and on holidays they even bring gifts. really grateful to Zack and Albert.

ZillowVERIFIED My son and I just bought a condo for the first time, John and his Team were always answering our questions and concerns during the entire process. From the very first submitted offer all the way to closing day. We felt comfortable to ask questions without feeling that awkward feeling of asking too much. He was always very attentive and responsive. We always felt we were in good hands with a knowledgeable realtor. He was very hands on and helped us with explanations of the seller property disclosures, home inspection, HOA Documents, and appraisal process. Not to mention he helped us received a seller's credit for minor repairs that were needed. I been referring John to all my friends and family, we truly had a great experience purchasing our first home :) Hassle Free!! ZillowVERIFIED John is absolutely amazing at what he does. We hired him as he helped my wife's grandfather find his dream home and he pulled through for us, too. We had used a previous realtor and after some frustration, we switched over to John and it was an eye-opening experience. We were shown properties that not only fit our budget, but our needs as well. He would drive just about anywhere to make sure we were happy with what we were going to purchase. He was always on time, punctual, and kept in communication with us throughout the whole process. Buying a house is nerve-wracking and he never ever made us feel pressured into something we weren't sure about just to make a sale. He knows other agents and was able to get us in a very competitive bidding process through his relationships.Highly recommend him if you are looking for a new home. If you are finding your current realtor to be sub-par or you just feel like you aren't finding what suits you best, switch over to John like we did and you won't regret it.

John actually took the time to understand what we wanted in a home and helped us find that within our budget. When we found the one, John knew how to construct a winning offer and still negotiate a much lower final price. He thoroughly reviewed the inspection with us and guided us through each step of the closing process until move-in day. The best part - we were never homeless! John knew this was a priority for us to have time to move directly from the previous house to the new home and this was made possible through his expert coordination. John is customer-oriented, NOT commission-oriented. Will definitely go back to John when our son is ready to purchase his first property.

ZillowVERIFIED John was amazing. he impressed my wife I on how knowledgeable he is in his profession, we had access to him via: phone, text, email etc. and he responded immediately. he had an answer to all our questions, he was well organized and kept us in the loop on every process. we were fist time buyers and figured it was going to be stressful to buy and look for our first home, but with the help from John and his team this was unbelievably easy/fast process, closed escrow in 30 days. my wife and I highly recommend John if your a first time home buyer he will help you out like you are family, we thank God for bringing John into our path, he has a been a blessing to our family.
