ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Al Jacabacci from Exit Home Key Realty for the purchase of our first home. Having known Al both personally and professionally since 2017, we knew we were in great hands, and he didn't disappoint. Al is one of the most seasoned agents we have ever had the pleasure of meeting, his knowledge and skills as an agent are unparalleled, he really knows the Long Island market and we are fully confident we had the right agent for the job. In the midst of an incredibly volatile real estate market, Al's expertise and dedication truly shone through. Not only did he guide us smoothly through the complexities of home buying, but he also succeeded in securing our home for us at an amount below the asking priceaEUR"a feat almost unheard of in today's environment. Al's approach is the perfect blend of professionalism and personal touch. He is not just an agent, but a trusted advisor who goes above and beyond to ensure his clients' needs are met. We wholeheartedly recommend Al Jacabacci for anyone looking to make a real estate transaction. He is second to none and will go above and beyond for his clients like he did for us!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first home buyer, I didn't know what to expect but having Al represent me I felt he was looking for my best interests, and listened to me on any concerns I had. From start to finish I had an amazing experience. Al is Professional, knowledgeable, and available whenever I had questions nights and weekends. He is also aggressive when it came to putting in bids and getting the info out there. I would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my 7 th Real Estate sale and or purchase. Hands down Al Jacabacci is the hardest working, most level headed, professional Ive ever worked with. His marketing strategy astounded me. He had 40-50 potential buyers at each open house and had 200 requests for showings, all this while emerging from COVID restrictions. We had a less than cooperative tenent situation and Al found a way to press on and got my house sold at virtually list price. Ill will continue to recommend Al to all my family and friends and be secure that they are in the best of hands. Thank you to Al and his team I appreciate all your hard work

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing, Amazing Amazing...The only words to describe Al Jacabacci and the selling of our home in one day $31,000.00 over asking price!!! Al came recommended as being aEURoeThe BestaEUR? and he proved himself to be just that! Als expertise and knowledge combined with his genuineness, integrity, sincerity and honesty made the selling of our home seamless. Al stayed in contact and kept in contact with updates throughout the process from contract to closing. As it turned out, as we were told, Al is the best!! If you are buying or selling, you wont find better! From the bottom of our hearts we thank you Al ...,,. We are so grateful to have you as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning to the end of us buying our new house and sell our old house he was on top of everything. Always returning calls and texts. We had a problem with internet service and wasn't able to print a paper for the sale of our old house he went out of his way to print the paper and bring it to us for signatures. Definitely would highly recommend him to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Al Jacabacci to anyone buying or selling a home. Because of where we lived and the community Bylaws, it was impossible to sell, even after a Federal Lawsuit was won against this community. Al stayed the course with us and was able to pull off the impossible!! He is true professional, always returned our calls, and stayed on top of everything right up until the end. Do not hesitate to contact Al Jacabacci, you will be very happy with the results!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I went into looking to purchase our first home with a huge sense of trepidation. It was such a huge step for us and we had so many questions. From the first meeting Albert Jacabacci hit the ground running by addressing our concerns, answering our many questions and researching anything he wasn't 100% on. He even took our calls when on a family vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend his services as a Realtor to my friends or family. Thank you again Al.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a military veteran who has served in the United States Marine Corps for over 12 years now. I met Mr. Al Jacabacci shortly after returning home from overseas. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and always took the time to be an honest broker, he would explain everything in detail and took the time to find the perfect home for me based off my budget. He is an expert with VA loans and the best part was the service he provided after the purchase of the new home. Ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my purchase, truly a gentleman and a genuine human being.Enthusiastically recommended and a must for those serious buyers who require simply the best!
