I reached out to him via a website connection, and they got back to me quickly. We got a search set up so that I got listings in my email every day, and after a few days we connected to refine and tighten up the search based on what we liked and didn't like. When we came into town to start our search, he met us at the hotel, and showed us around to the preferred listings. He took our feedback and was efficient on honing in on the kind of house we were looking for.
