Her and Alan worked together to sell our home and purchase our new house, and we couldn't have been happier with their hard work on our behalf. As our selling agent she got our house on the market fast, had a stager help us prepare our home and then a photographer to make sure it looked great in the listing. Her local market knowledge helped ensure we were priced right, and she was able to get us multiple offers within a week! Tracy is a wonderful agent, who's extremely responsive and detailed through the entire process. She's friendly, approachable, organized and so so easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have asked for a better realtor than Alan. My husband and I relocated from Pennsylvania and had limited time to come see properties. Alan worked very hard to maximize our visits, driving all over the area to show us homes. Since we couldn't be in Massachusetts through the entire process, Alan represented us during inspections and other matters; we wouldn't have been able to get this house if he had not. We also had a tight budget and a very specific vision, so this wasn't an easy task. A few of the things we really appreciated about Alan: First, he is a former contractor, so when you go to see properties with him, he doesn't just tell you about the superficial things: if you ask, he can tell you how much work a property might need and an approximate cost so you can make a truly educated decision. Second, he is a very chill guy with a good sense of humor: no high-pressure sales tactics, no schmoozy sales stuff, just straightforward information. Finally, he's a lifetime resident of the area, so he can tell you where anything and everything is, advise you as to commute times, and more. We can't recommend Alan and the rest of the team at this office more highly. Give them a call if you're buying or selling!

They responded to all messages quickly and answered all questions (and there were many!) with solid information. The process of looking at homes was so much easier than expected with Alan's guidance. If I wanted to see a home, it was set up on my schedule and Alan was always there on time with lots of advice and ideas. Once I started the purchase process, Tracy and Alan walked me through the steps, as many times as I needed, and helped me manage even the smallest of details (getting me boxes, changing address, calling movers, etc). There are so many little things one needs to know and do when buying and moving, and they both were right there with all the necessary information. With their help I have found the perfect forever home! There was even a beautiful welcome basket on the counter when I arrived for the first time. Thank you Alan and Tracy!

She was very knowledgeable about the market and the best time to put our house up for sale. She had an interior designer come in and help us arrange our home to make it the best it could be and then a professional photographer took the pictures. They came out amazing! Even I couldn't believe how awesome our house looked! Alan ran the open house which was a huge success! I was worried that no one would come but they were lining up early to see the house. It was such an easy process to schedule showings and they always made it work for our schedule. Everything is done online and our phones which made it super convenient to keep in touch. Tracy was always great about responding quickly if we had any questions. We had an offer in just a few weeks and we just closed. About us: My husband and I are full-time accountants, newlyweds, and first time home buyers... We were looking for a good-sized house (2000-2600 SF), with few needed updates (we're handy people but don't want to start out taking on massive projects), a huge gorgeous property (10+ acres), with few neighbors, for a low price. :-) We weren't looking for our first home, we were looking for our forever home. About our experience with Tracy Gagne's group: Alan was so professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process! When we'd panic because of the scary factors/commitment in buying a house, he was always there to walk us off the ledge. We started out our house-hunting search as a casual process of "educating ourselves". My husband and I would go to open houses to see what was out there. We met dozens of real estate agents in the area including Alan. There were many reasons why we chose to go with him out of all the other possibilities... 1) He used to be a contractor so he saw things that we didn't even see AND he could tell us how to fix it, whether or not we could do it ourselves, and a ball-park of how much it might cost us. 2) I didn't feel like he was just trying to sell us something... And even after we chose to go with him as our realtor, he never pressured us throughout the process, we didn't feel like he was judging us, and he was there to help us through the scariest event of our lives to date. We ended up buying a house that my husband and I saw during an open house months before meeting Alan. The price point was originally way too high for us, but Alan managed to get us the house, plus everything we wanted, for the price point we were looking for! Outstanding work! Overall, Alan and Tracy made the whole experience a very pleasant and easy one... And even AFTER we closed, they continue to keep in touch! I even received a birthday card from them! This team goes above and beyond, and you will definitely be happy to do business with them. You don't become a client, you become part of the Tracy Gagne family.

Our friends that had just bought a house had suggested going to see Tracy. They had her as their realtor and absolutely LOVED her. So we decided to go see her. After talking with Tracy and Alan we had absolutely no worries. They treated us like family. Offered to help us any time and any day. Later on in the process we were confused with some paperwork so we reached out and asked them for help the day before a holiday! After one short phone call our questions were answered. They even offered to sit down with us and help. When we went to see houses we didn't feel rushed or obligated. We felt safe through the entire process. Very honest and can definitely be trusted. Our house sold quickly and with minimal bumps in the road. If she was unable to accompany us to see homes, then her partner Alan was always there to help us. Alan equally was very helpful, friendly and efficient. When it came time to close, everything went smoothly. Tracy was available all hours of the night as the night before closing, our refrigerator died. Tracy was negotiating for us until late in the evening. She would always correspond with us late into the evening as well. I would 100 percent recommend Tracy and Alan as competent, knowledgeable realtors.
