When I first spoke with his colleague Gerard, he walked me through the whole process and was upfront in telling me that selling for cash would mean losing a lot of money since my home was in good shape. He then connected me with Alan who is a realtor, and he met with us the very next day. We decided to list the townhouse with Alan, and within three days we had three offers and were under contract. Alan and his team worked behind the scenes to make everything move quickly for me and my husband. He really listened when we explained our situation and understood the urgency, and he got right to work. A lot of people overpromise and underdeliver, but Alan exceeded every expectation. ZillowVERIFIED Never in my life have I had someone more helpful, understanding, amenable, accessible, the list goes to infinity and beyond! He treated me with respect, consideration and care. His Private Partnership Program [PPP] actually helped me to sell my house without losing out on it's value. He organized @ 30 different prospects to come in one weekend, none of this "hey, I've got an someone who wants to see the house on Tuesday, another on Friday," etc dragging on forever. Within those two days he came up with the best buyer for my situation and it happened to be one of the three people I liked the best during that weekend! ZillowVERIFIED I was the buyer to a property, where Alan was the realtor on the sellers side. I must express what a horrible experience. He advertises that he flips 30 homes a year and I have to say I really dont believe that to be true. He gives false promises on repairs that need to be done, he hires people off the street that do sloppy jobs or lie about actually doing what was required. His communication is very delayed. On the seller side of things he may good to his clients but when it comes to the buyers side of things I dont recommend. If you are ever purchasing a home and hes on the sellers side you are in for a long process to close on the property if repairs are required. He charged his client for repairs and I was the one that made half of the repairs that were required because I really wanted the property to be my future home. Beware of Alan aEUR| I highly recommend not working with guy.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good things about Tom! As a first time home buyer he did an excellent job making me feel comfortable understanding the process. He wasnt pushy and didnt make me feel like he just wanted to make a sale. He is a great communicator, everytime every time i thought of a question to ask he was either one step ahead of me or got the answer to me promptly. Through the whole process i never felt like i didnt know what was going on or what the next step was. He was always available night or day. I found him to be trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable. And he did a great job making sure things went smoothly. I did my research on him when we first met and im glad I chose him as my realtor, no regrets. It has only been 6 weeks since the day we first met and im already closing on my house next week thanx to Tom! I will definitely use him again when shopping for my second house. ZillowVERIFIED If you want to see what it is like for a person to give more than 100%, then chose Alan Stewart Jr. as your real estate agent. Alan goes out of his way to meet your at houses for private showings with very short notice. Also, here is very knowledgeable about the inner workings of houses. Whether its well water, septic system, natural gas, oil, or any other fundamental home system, he gives great advise as to how to maintain the system as well as how they generally with. This helped us feel more comfortable trying to buy houses that had certain systems that we were unfamiliar with. Finally, he gives you 100% effort from the day you meet him until the day you close. We took 10 months to find the house of our dreams from the day we started looking until closing day. Alan was just as helpful during the final days off the process as he was in the very beginning. I highly recommend using him!

ZillowVERIFIED If you want someone who will show up at any house on very short notice to give a private showing, this is your guy. He seriously goes out of his way to get to a house as early as possible. This gives an advantage of giving same day or next day offers on a house that just came on the market on that same day. He really does go above and beyond. He is polite and professional. It took us 9 months to get our house, but he always put in maximum efforts from the first day up until closing. He is good at making you feel like you are the only client even thought he is juggling many clients at the same time. If you want someone to make your home buying experience much easier, go with Alan.
