When I first spoke with his colleague Gerard, he walked me through the whole process and was upfront in telling me that selling for cash would mean losing a lot of money since my home was in good shape. He then connected me with Alan who is a realtor, and he met with us the very next day. We decided to list the townhouse with Alan, and within three days we had three offers and were under contract. Alan and his team worked behind the scenes to make everything move quickly for me and my husband. He really listened when we explained our situation and understood the urgency, and he got right to work. A lot of people overpromise and underdeliver, but Alan exceeded every expectation. He was confident, reliable, and we truly felt we were in great hands. I highly recommend Alan and his team to anyone looking to sell their home. He will get it done!

His Private Partnership Program [PPP] actually helped me to sell my house without losing out on it's value. He organized @ 30 different prospects to come in one weekend, none of this "hey, I've got an someone who wants to see the house on Tuesday, another on Friday," etc dragging on forever. Within those two days he came up with the best buyer for my situation and it happened to be one of the three people I liked the best during that weekend! I think he should be THE model of what a realtor should be. He is GREAT!

ZillowVERIFIEDI was the buyer to a property, where Alan was the realtor on the sellers side. I must express what a horrible experience. He advertises that he flips 30 homes a year and I have to say I really dont believe that to be true. He gives false promises on repairs that need to be done, he hires people off the street that do sloppy jobs or lie about actually doing what was required. His communication is very delayed. On the seller side of things he may good to his clients but when it comes to the buyers side of things I dont recommend. If you are ever purchasing a home and hes on the sellers side you are in for a long process to close on the property if repairs are required. He charged his client for repairs and I was the one that made half of the repairs that were required because I really wanted the property to be my future home. Beware of Alan aEUR| I highly recommend not working with guy.
