What a great experience I had working with Alan! As a first-time homebuyer, I was a little worried about trying to find a condo during a pandemic, but Alan was super responsive and answered all my questions. I loved working with Alan! I was a first time homebuyer. Dealing with a busy work schedule (including travel for a week at a time), a horrible lender, and my apartment flooding 4 days before closing; Alan went above and beyond with advice and support!I will stress, take his recommendations for title, lender, etc. seriously.
