She came through the house and made recommendations for things we could do to improve the look and feel or the place. This proved to be quite valuable and the service was included in the commission we paid. Step two was photographs and Alan works with a guy who is great with the camera. Our photos were beautiful. Step three was to analyze similar properties that had sold recently in the area. These numbers helped us know how to price our house. So with those things done Alan got us listed and sold within two weeks. He was great with negotiating with our buyers and getting everything in order for a smooth and easy closing. I highly recommend Alan Parks. Our experience with him was outstanding.
