Al's wife actually baked home made chocolate cookies to be given to viewers during an open house. He was always pleasant, patient, thorough, accessible and professional. Finally, he sold our house for over $25K more than other realtors had proposed.

He was always accessible to us, prompt in responses and he knew the market, tons about home heating systems and construction. I felt so confident in our choice of this home with his knowledge. He fought hard for us and never steered us wrong. In full disclosure we did not use Alan as our selling realtor, as we did not know him in that capacity at the time we listed our Nashua house but he stepped in and assisted us with his knowledge and expertise when our selling realtor fell short.
