Alan Larrabee sold our house in Windham, NH several years ago and my wife and I could not have been more pleased with Alan's representation. He and his wife actually assisted us in preparing the house for presentation, e.g. helping me sand a portion of the floor and shoveling mulch, he also provided us with numerous very valuable suggestions on how to best show our house, e.g. helping us choose wall paint colors and suggesting various contractors to do some specific work on the house. Al's wife actually baked home made chocolate cookies to be given to viewers during an open house. He was always pleasant, patient, thorough, accessible and professional. Finally, he sold our house for over $25K more than other realtors had proposed.
