Alan Hedrick

Alan brings exceptional client relations skills and a firm grasp of the real estate industry to his position as a sales agent at Compass. Having worked in Colorado as an agent as well, he has acquired a range of experiences that have given him a diverse background with a unique perspective of the market. Remaining abreast of all the current listings and properties for sale and rent in New York City, Alan utilizes his exemplary communications and client relations skill sets to fully understand his customer's needs and to provide them with options perfectly suited to their tastes. He obtained his Colorado real estate license and began working there as a broker part-time, specializing in the resort and vacation-home markets, while living in Aspen and working as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-a-Car after college. Originally from Denver, CO, Alan began his stint in real estate at an early age, helping his mother, who owns a financial firm focused in real estate, with open houses during the summers. He graduated from college in Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications, and relocated to New York City in 2011 after spending several years in Aspen. Alan speaks Spanish fluently, and when he is not at work he enjoys traveling, hiking, sailing and spending time outdoors.
