I don't know if words are enough to describe the phenomenal customer service experience that I received from Alan. He was very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and ALWAYS over extended himself throughout my home buying process. Almost all the homes that I visited were serious potentials because Alan paid close attention to my wants/needs and made sure they came as close to, if not all of what I requested. The constant reassurance that I am going to accomplishment my mission of owning my home, even when I started to worry at times. I wish that customer service like that existed all around. Thanks a million to Alan I was able to surprise my children with a new home EXACTLY on Christmas Day as I had planned.
