My family and I were planning a move to the Colorado Springs area and we really wanted to buy a house. We could not be there in person to house shop, so getting some good video footage and honest feedback on the properties was extremely important. Tyler quickly scheduled showings that we requested and advised us on the condition of the house and the surrounding area. He was honest and tailored the videos around the specific criteria we gave him for what we were looking for in a home. We ended up deciding later on that with rising interest rates and some other concerns we had that renting was our best option for now. We felt horrible for having sent Tyler to all these locations just to end up not buying but as I said before, he is just a great person. He understood our situation and he also provided contacts and resources to help us find a rental property. I have discovered over the years that finding honest good people is difficult nowadays. They referred me to several contractors who replaced the carpet and repainted the house on very short notice and at very competitive rates. ZillowVERIFIED I had a very bad experience with a prior Real Estate agent before the Daniels Team. She would only text and we had to contact her for updates. We did not get a showing for several days after listing and we got an offer a lot less than asking after 3-4 weeks. The contract fell through. Hired the Daniels team on Saturday listed on the following Thursday and was under contract for $10,000 over asking on Saturday, and closed within three weeks. I believe that says it all. They were great.

The level of communication was fantastic. I provided a brief description of what I was looking for and the Agent TJ Chambless was able to give me specific information about the areas that matched my criteria. We are self employed, This purchase was happening during tax season because we unexpectedly found ourselves needing to get out of where we were renting. We decided to buy a house that was built in the 50s and there was nothing like it around to compare it to for appraisers. Its also in a flood zone and a brush fire danger zone. The combination of The Daniels team, the lender, our insurance agent, our accountant and a few gray hairs and we are in the place that we fell in love with instantly!
